Terms & Conditions of Sale – TheBacklinkHub

Online sales made through thebacklinkhub.com are comparable to mail-order sales and therefore are not subject to the obligation to issue invoices pursuant to art. 22 of DPR 633/1972, nor to the requirement of fiscal receipts under art. 2, lett. oo), DPR 21 December 1996, n. 696.

1. Definitions

Online sales contract: a distance contract for tangible movable goods offered on TheBacklinkHub, concluded between the Supplier and the Buyer.

Buyer: the individual purchasing for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, or professional activity.

TheBacklinkHub: the brand and website promoting the sale of goods.

Supplier/Seller: the company responsible for selling the goods under the contract.

2. Identification and obligations of the parties

Supplier: goods offered on TheBacklinkHub are sold by GLOBAL INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATION GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED RM 01,15/F, GOLDSLAND BUILDING 22-26 MINDEN AVENUE TSIM SHA TSUI, KL Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong .

Buyer: expressly declares to purchase as a consumer and undertakes not to resell the products for commercial purposes.

3. Subject and conclusion of the contract

Tangible movable goods listed on TheBacklinkHub constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 Italian Civil Code.

The contract is concluded exclusively online by filling out and submitting the order form and receiving a confirmation email from the Supplier.

4. Payment and refunds

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Cash on delivery
• Bank transfer
• PayPal
• Credit cards (handled directly by banks)

Any refunds will be processed within 30 days from recognition of the right, using the same payment method.

5. Delivery times and methods

Delivery is carried out via specialized couriers with appropriate packaging.

Delivery time: 24–48 hours from shipment.

Any delays will be communicated promptly via email.

6. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly indicated in the cart at the time of order.

For non-EU deliveries, any customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

7. Product availability

If a product ordered is partially or totally unavailable, the Supplier will inform the Buyer via email, offering replacement or full refund.

8. Limitation of liability

The Supplier is not responsible for delays or failures due to force majeure or Internet malfunctions. In such cases, the Buyer is entitled only to a refund of amounts already paid.

9. Legal warranty

All products sold on TheBacklinkHub are covered by the 24-month legal warranty under the Consumer Code (arts. 128–135).

The Buyer must notify defects within 2 months of discovery at info@thebacklinkhub.com.

10. Buyer obligations

• Pay the agreed price within the established deadlines.
• Provide correct shipping data and keep the order confirmation.

11. Right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without penalties.

Products must be returned intact in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the Buyer.

12. Product exchange

The Buyer may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Return costs remain the Buyer’s responsibility. TheBacklinkHub may request photographic evidence of the product's condition.

13. Personal data processing

TheBacklinkHub ensures compliance with GDPR. Data will be used exclusively for purposes related to the order. See the Privacy Policy for details.

15. Governing law and competent court

The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the Buyer’s residence.

16. Duration and validity

Order confirmation implies full acceptance of these Terms. Any modifications apply only to future orders published on the website.
